Donut Cake
If you have ever bit into one of those delicious donuts rolled in sugar…This is that, in cake form. You cannot even begin to believe how delicious this is until you make one for yourself. And guess what? It is a one bowl cake and so easy!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil coconut, olive, or lard
Instructions
- Whisk all of your ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a skillet and bake on 350 15-20 minutes. As soon as you take it out of the oven rub butter all over the top and sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm!
