This was my peepaws favorite cookie, so the nostalgia of them for me hold almost as beautiful of a memory as the simplistic, yet delicious flavor these cookies have. You can whip them up any time since they don’t require much of that!
3 ingredient peanut butter cookies
If your in a pinch this is the perfect dessert recipe. They are just good old fashioned cookies that welcome a tall glass of cold milk beside them. Really it should be called the ONE recipe since that is the ratios for all of the ingredients.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Simply stir all of your ingredients together until smooth. Drop by spoonful onto unbleached parchment paper. Press down with a fork twice in a cross shape. Bake 12 minutes on 350.
